Delivery of orders across Ukraine
Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday. Delivery time: 1-3 days.
Delivery to the branch:
- for orders over UAH 3,000 — free of charge;
- when ordering up to UAH 3,000 — paid by the client.

Delivery of international orders
International shipments are carried out by the courier service of Ukrposhta EMS, Nova Poshta or MeestExpress.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and can be from 2 to 4 weeks. Shipment information and tracking numbers are sent to the customer's e-mail address specified in the order. If you have not received information about the delivery of your order, contact our Telegram/Viber/WhatsApp: +380971018135, specify the order number.
We do not ship orders to Russia and Belarus.
Upon arrival at the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of customs clearance and the cost of customs payments to your destination country in detail before placing an order. In turn, we cannot predict or be responsible for additional or customs charges. Terms of return / exchange
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the sale, as long as the product has not been used, is in good condition and has the packaging and tags.

Payment for custom-made carpets:
Made-to-order refers to the provision of design development and/or product manufacturing services. Terms of payment, delivery, return, elimination of defects are determined separately in the contract.
As a rule, 50% of the cost of the carpet is paid after the design is approved, the remaining 50% - when the carpet is ready to be sent to Ukraine, provided a photo of the finished carpet is provided).
